If guests have changed, you'll need to inform the hotel, florist, and caterers: That way they can adjust the seating set-up, change the number of centerpieces they create if it's a dramatic change, and prepare less food if need be!

If you're borrowing props from your florist, let her know when she can retrieve them: From baskets, to pedastals, and any other supplies they'll want to get back, make sure to coordinate a post-wedding pick-up time with your florist.

Access routes and parking for vendors: If they're bringing in tables, structures, flowers, even five-tier cakes, your vendors will most likely unload all of your ceremony and reception's décor from a large truck. Check that there's an access route and parking available at all party spaces to ensure a speedy and stress-free setup!

Getting rid of the garbage: Delineate who will take out the trash once the party's over, be it the hotel, planner, florist, etc.

Don't forget the shot list: Make sure you talk to your photographer pre "I do" about what type of snaps you'd like to savor for years to come.

Ensure your cake has a stand: Don't forget to double-check with your baker who will be delivering and assembling your wedding-day confection. Also, whether or not the baker provides it, don't forget about the cake stand and knife for cutting it!
