Noted for dressing Oscar-winning actress Octavia Spencer in a series of softly hued, figure-flattering gowns, Japanese designer Tadashi Shoji will once again elevate classic, graceful comfort with his Spring 2013 collection. Shoji stresses that his is "an elegant bride that appreciates vintage silhouettes with a modern twist"—like this ivory Chantilly lace dress with a chiffon overlay and gazar boatneck. As with the designer's Fall 2012 ready-to-wear collection, this dress references the Golden Age of Shanghai in the 1930's with its high neckline, drop waist, and loads of lace. (See a similar dress in black from Shoji's most recent collection.)
