When it comes to Charlize Theron and Sean Penn's engagement, Penn is usually doing all the talking. Finally, Theron has opened up about her love life and now that she has spoken about it, she can't stop gushing about their high-profile romance.
In Esquire's May 2015 cover story Theron is so taken aback by the success of her relationship that she's at a loss for words, other than to call Penn very "hot." Their life together, the Oscar winner describes in the interview, is "really good, really nice. The marriage thing is always so strange to me anyway," she said. "I love the possibility of anything, but I'm really enjoying myself and the everyday moment and how that coincides with my son and my life and my friends. I'm a very, very, very lucky girl. Very lucky. He's hot. He is hot. How do you say that in an interview? You're a 44 woman sounding like a 16-year-old. There's something beautiful about that, but you lack the articulation of really saying what it's like when somebody walks into your life and makes you see something that you really never thought you'd be able to see."

Besides being being "hot" Charlize also noted that they not only connected because of their longtime friendship, but they have similar interests outside of Hollywood. "Sean liked to have conversations outside of just making movies. That's sometimes hard to find among friends here, and that's where our friendship really blossomed," the South African native continued. "When he started working in Haiti and I started working on the AIDS front in South Africa, we spent a lot of time talking about those worlds. I think that for both of us there was never a moment where we thought that this — what we have today — would ever even be a possibility."
Unfortunately, the only thing she didn't reveal is when the wedding will be — but time (hopefully) will for these two.
