The rumor-mill loves a good potential pregnancy, and the latest celeb in question is none other than the newly minted Mrs. Clooney (otherwise known as Amal Alamuddin) herself! So, is there any credibility to these allegations?
For now, it looks like, unfortunately, not so much. The couple's rep denied any pregnancy today. "Amal Clooney is not pregnant," the rep told Us Weekly.

It all started when the newlyweds recently exited Soho House in Hollywood together this past weekend. Opting for a loosely tiered black dress as opposed to her tailored signatures, the media was abuzz with speculation about the extra-roomy fit of her dress. Alamuddin was also snapped holding her belly and placing her clutch in front of her midsection, other common tell-tale signs of a celebrity beginning to mask a baby bump. There were even tweets adding fuel to the flame. One user wrote: "Whoa. Either Amal Clooney had one hell of a burrito for lunch or there's a baby Clooney on the way."

— Emily Zanotti (@emzanotti) December 8, 2014Ever since their September wedding, everyone has been looking for a baby Clooney. In September the couple's rep denied similar rumors when Alamuddin stepped out in a breezy maxi dress on a particularly windy day in Lake Como, Italy.
While we'd love to see a little Clooney (that baby will be gorgeous), it seems like for now, people need to straighten out the difference between a flowy wardrobe piece and a maternity wear. Although, we can't forget what Clooney's dad said at the reception: "Now, it's time for grandchildren!"
