For starters, you're probably wondering what other ladies spend on their dress? The answer: $1,355 on average. As far as big-day accessories like the veil or a headpiece, brides tend to spend $199. But before they start buying anything, 59% of engaged girls spend time looking on Pinterest for inspiration.
And if you were concerned your train is a bit too dramatic, think again: The world's longest wedding gown is 1.85 miles. Also, even though celebrities continue to say "I do" in non-white wedding looks, only 14% of real brides say they would wear a dress in a color. Along with wearing the classic wedding hue, 86% are sticking to tradition by wearing something old, new, borrowed, and blue.
As far as your 'maids go, 95% of brides don't want their bridesmaids wearing white bridesmaid dresses and 66% want the dresses to match in both color and style.
