The 444-room Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World may not be opening until August 3, but we've been excited about it for months. Here are seven reasons why we think it's going to be Central Florida's new hotspot for weddings and honeymoons.
1. Four Seasons + Disney = Playground for Grown-ups
When visiting Walt Disney World, staying on the grounds is usually easiest so you could take the free shuttle service to the parks. It's faster and you don't have to deal with the hassle of parking or a rental car. The Four Seasons Orlando has the same shuttle service, plus it has the tony service and chic touches you would expect from any Four Seasons. And there will be a character breakfast twice a week, if that's how you roll.
2. You might be able to see Epcot from your room
Voila! The photographic proof:

Some of the rooms on the sixth floor and above have firework views from the terrace (below). And if yours doesn't, you can always check out the pyrotechnics from Capa, the resort's rooftop Spanish steakhouse (opening in September).

It's called Explorer Island, and it has a lazy river with rapids and a 242-foot waterslide. Sure, you may have to get in line with a few kids, but, as we said, it's got a lazy river and a 242-foot waterslide. A preview:

5. There's also an adults-only pool. With cocktail staff serving adult milkshakes.
Because on your honeymoon or wedding weekend, you will need a kids-free zone.
6. It backs up onto a wildlife sanctuary
So on days you choose to take a break from the parks, you'll feel gloriously away from it all.
7. If you get married there, Mickey and Minnie will help you cut your wedding cake.
All you have to do is ask.
