You said "Yes" when he proposed and you'll say "I do" soon, but for now, in the whirlwind of planning for the future, don't forget to remind fiancé how much you care. Here are four cute ways to express your love and make him smile:
1. Make his favorite meal from childhood: This one might take some ninja work on your part (i.e., you'll have to call your future mother-in-law and do some recipe investigation), but it's worth the effort. His mom (or dad) will know exactly what his favorite meal was growing up, and if you take the initiative to make it for him (even if it doesn't really turn out as good as in his mom's kitchen) he'll be completely touched that you tried.
2. Have a no-agenda Saturday: Chances are good that you're both cramming your weekends full of wedding errands, so why not suggest a Saturday free of any obligations, plans or to-do's, and let him decide what's on tap? We promise, he'll love it.
3. Write him a note: Just because we have text and email in our lives, doesn't mean we should give up the age-old practice of writing love notes, right? There's something undeniably special about expressing your love in your own handwriting. Tuck a little note in his car, sock drawer, or even tape it to the bathroom mirror, and watch him smile.
4. Give him a shout-out: We were touched when a reader named Kate told us that she recently took a photo of her fiancé and posted it on Instagram for all her friends, family, and the world to see with the following caption: "This is the man I love.
