Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds were married on Sunday night at Boone Hall Plantation and Gardens in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, according to People. The 400+ acre plantation, which dates back as early as 1681, has also served as the backdrop for scenes in The Notebook. In addition to a working plantation, the property also includes a working farm, Boone Hall Farms.
While no details regarding Lively's wedding gown have yet been released, we can only image what the 25-year old Gossip Girl star, who is also the new face of Gucci's "Premiere" fragrance, wore down the aisle. (Had we have been given a little head's up about the engagement, we would have rounded up a few fantasy wedding gown sketches. Way to keep us in the loop, Lively.) Meanwhile, wedding guests were reportedly treated to a three-song set by Florence Welch (of Florence and the Machine), a personal friend of Lively's, and nibbled on wedding cake from a bakery in Virginia.
Reynolds, who was voted People's 2010 Sexiest Man Alive, and Lively began dating a little less than a year ago and just one year after Reynolds and his first wife, Scarlett Johansson, ended their two-year marriage. Prior to starting a relationship with Reynolds, Lively was seen out and about with Leonardo DiCaprio.
