To celebrate Jennifer Aniston's engagement to Justin Theroux, Brides asked some of the biggest names in bridal design to sketch wedding dresses befitting everyone's favorite 'Friend.'
The team of designers at David's Bridal converged on Jennifer Aniston's natural, fuss-free sensibility to create a gown that "reflects her effortless style but with a dose of drama as nod to her star status," they say. The result is a strapless mermaid gown with a fitted bodice and a simple neckline punched up by glamorous beaded details, which extend along the skirt and scatter onto an illusion hem. So what sort of wedding will feature this glittering gown? "Since she is a big celebrity, we imagined that Jennifer and Justin would have a relatively big affair," say the designers, "that is elegant but in a very low-key sort of way." Just like her wedding dress.
