Above, an old synagogue is transformed into an intimate garden complete with cascading blossoms. The creative force behind this whimsical setting is world-class event, floral, food, and dinnerware designer Tammy Carmona, who recently launched her own line of dishes, Carmona New York & Co.
Carmona created this dramatic floral treatment for a bride who wanted to bring the natural beauty of the outdoors, inside. The space's high ceilings allowed for Carmona and her team to hang elaborate flower garlands overhead, which complement the tall vases filled with votive candles and pink, blush, and ivory roses. Shimmery chartreuse table cloths and hanging candles gave the space a warm, spring-like ambiance. "It was amazing to see how this came together," says Carmona, who also designed Edward and Bella's enchanted forest wedding in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 1. "It was a complicated design and I wasn't sure if it would come out the way I planned—but it came out perfect!"
