LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian celebrated their first year of marriage over the weekend. Instead of paper, which is the customary gift for the first anniversary, the celebrity pair swapped accessories. LeAnn picked out a watch for her husband, tweeting "I gave Eddie his anniversary gift early. I can never wait! He was so cute, he loved it so much he wore it to bed. For you dirty minds, it was a watch." Eddie waited a bit longer to bestow his anniversary present on his young bride, finally dazzling her with an oversized green gemstone ring.
