Called "Armor," this Anne Bowen gown reflects the aristocratic air of the designer's Welsh lineage, in the same way that previous collections honored her heritage by evoking ancient Welsh goddesses. Less ethereal and with more emphasis on glamour this time around, Bowen's Spring 2013 designs incorporate motifs from regalia and the Royal Jewels, as well as one of last season's primary silhouette details: high, front slits. "A bride wearing 'Armor' feels sexy, confident, and self assured," says Bowen. "She is charismatic, and everybody is naturally drawn to her."
