Ready or not, here they come! No, we're not talking about Royal Baby Number 2, who's due in a matter of days, we're talking about the fans who are already camping out by the Lindo Wing, where Princess Kate will give birth, in anticipation of the newest royal's arrival.
As construction workers start sectioning off the press pens — restricting access around the now famed Lindo Wing — fans are beginning to trickle in to wait with bated breath for Prince George's little sibling. Erecting gates and cones much of the parameter surrounding the exclusive wing — and its iconinic door where the child will be introduced to the world — is sectioned away for security purposes. The steel fences aren't the only items hanging around the Lindo Wing. Hardcore monarchy fans are now beginning to appear too. One man, decked to the nines in union jack hat and skirt, was all smiles, carrying a cover with the royal family on it outside of the medical facility. More folks donning union jack flags as capes were also spotted on the premises.
And we expect even more people will travel to await the little royals arrival. A mother came to duo London to wait for Prince George's birth all the way from Newcastle-upon-Tyne and told People of the experience: "That day was amazing. The atmosphere was electric." We can only imagine!
While they're hanging out in the press pens, we're sitting here just as anxiously awaiting the newest royals birth!
