Drop everything! Nicki Minaj might have just announced she's engaged to rapper Meek Mill. The hip-hop mogul shared a tweet that teased she and her boyfriend of less than a year could be heading towards the altar.

Last night she shared the ring emoji and wrote, "I'll post it later," which sparked major speculation about their relationship status. Shortly after the mystery tweet, Minaj Instagramed a photo of a huge heart-shaped yellow diamond engagement ring, seen above.

According to E! News, the blingy bauble is worth a pretty penny. "This looks like a 15-carat fancy yellow heart modified brilliant cut diamond mounted in platinum with a double halo of white pavé diamonds," Morgan Shara of MASbisjoux Jewelry told news outlet. "This would retail for approximately $500,000."

While representatives for both Minaj and Mill are keeping quiet about the rumors, a source did confirm to E! News that the pair is engaged. "Both Meek and Nicki have been spending amazing quality time together lately and have gotten extremely close these past few months," the insider said. "It may seem like it all is happening very quickly but Nicki and Meek are in this 100. They truly love each other."

So when did the big engagement go down? On Monday evening Mill posted a photo of a yellow heart emoji on Twitter, and the next day Minaj shared a photo of the happy pair writing, "Those Miami nights." In the picture, it appears that Minaj is rocking the diamond ring.

Their engagement certainly comes as a surprise to most fans, especially considering Minaj recently refused to talk about their relationship in an interview with Vogue. "People thing for some strange reason that we just started becoming friends recently," she said. "We've been friends for a very, very long time, and he's been around for a lot of things that I've gone through. And that's all I'll say about that."

Minaj was formerly engaged to Safaree Samuels, her boyfriend of 10 years, before they called off their engagement last year.
