We're living in a golden age of television, a fact that's particularly evident right now, as critical and fan favorites Mad Men and Game of Thrones are back on the airwaves. Even though the Emmys are six months away, there's nothing like the return of a favorite TV show to make you recall some moments you'd personally give an award to. Unsurprisingly, we're huge fans of on-screen weddings, whether they're sentimental, like Pam and Jim's wedding on The Office, or dramatic, like all of Luke and Laura's nuptials on General Hospital. Since these scenes are so memorable in part due to their musical backdrops, we curated a Spotify playlist of the best TV wedding songs.

First things first: Friends had some of the best wedding scenes of all time, and not just because of their comedic moments like Ross saying Rachel's name at the altar during his wedding to Emily, or Joey officiating Monica and Chandler's wedding in a military movie costume. No, they also had great music. The Bings left their ceremony to a version of "Groovy Kind of Love," while Phoebe walked down the aisle to marry Mike to a steel drum take on the Beatles' "Here, There, and Everywhere."
Other memorable moments include Simon and Garfunkel's "April Come She Will" playing during April and Andy's wedding on Parks and Recreation, and Jesse's cover of The Beach Boys' "Forever" on Full House. We also included Gossip Girl wedding tunes, like "You've Got the Love," and Ingrid Michaelson's "Turn to Stone," which played during Izzie and Alex's Grey's Anatomy wedding.
