It's about time! Jill Duggar finally gave birth to Baby Dilly late last night (11:49 PM to be exact), two weeks past her due date of March 24. Now that their first son is here, we also know his name: Israel David Dillard. According to People, first time mom Jill and baby Israel — who weighed in at 9 lbs. 10 oz. — are doing just great.
Despite her baby's late arrival, the student midwife remained calm near the end of her third trimester. "I have told myself, 'First-time moms often go a week and a half over, so don't get discouraged,' " she told People before Israel's first due date. "When everyone else is asking you, 'When are you going to have that baby?' The baby will come when the baby comes."

Both she and Derrick have been extremely open throughout the entire pregnancy, sharing photos every step of the way with the progress of Jill's baby bump. They also documented the two baby showers thrown in their honor, and a quick babymoon they took to Texas right before the first due date passed.
Just two days before Israel was born, even, Derrick shared a photo of Jill about to pop, with the perennial chalkboard marking 41 weeks and 4 days!
And since they've been so open throughout their courtship, engagement, marriage and subsequent pregnancy, we're not surprised to learn that there will be a special dedicated to Israel's birth premiering on TLC May 5 — right in time for Mother's Day.
