Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been very open about wanting to extend their family, but it turns out it's easier said than done. On last night's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim revealed that despite the proclamation that she and Kanye have sex "500 times a day", she is having major fertility issues. She might not be able to make it full term if she were to get pregnant, and if she did, her own life would be at risk.
On the show, she explained to Kanye that the doctors told her that her "placenta grew onto [her] uterus." The worst-case scenario would be getting rushed into emergency after giving birth to have her entire uterus removed.

Like most people, Kim shortly realized the grass isn't always greener on the other side. Over dinner with sister Kendall and bestie Jonathan Cheban Kim divulged: "I complain so much about how I hated being pregnant, and I never thought I would be begging to be pregnant," she explained of the irony. "Trying for baby number two is just not fun like baby number one ... I'm like, 'I'm ovulating in five minutes! Get over here!'"
There is a possible solution to the problem, though, but it involves surgery, which Kim decided to do. The episode ended with a looming "To Be Continued" as the reality star was wheeled into the operating room.
Whatever does end up happening, we could see Kim potentially taking her mom Kris's suggestion and get a surrogate. Either way, we know she really wants to give North siblings and will stop at nothing until she does.
