WATCH: A Cancer-Stricken Bride Gets a Surprise Wedding (Get the Tissues Ready!)

Forget what you think about pranks being exclusively in the immature, mischievous realm of George Clooney and Punk'd. Humor website Break.com recently pulled off one of the most romantic, meaningful ones we've ever seen as part of its "Prank It Forward" campaign to raise awareness for homelessness and poverty.

The website tracked down New Jersey-based couple Mario and Elaine, who had been putting off their wedding for six years due to Elaine's Hodgkin's Lymphoma diagnosis. The film buffs got engaged shortly after meeting on the set of a zombie movie she was directing, but her disease drained their bank accounts and their spirits.

That's where Break.com stepped in — the good-hearted jokesters rented out a movie theater, where a seemingly mundane date would be the scene of Mario and Elaine's surprise wedding! Watch the the video to see Elaine's reaction as she realizes that the movie trailer is actually telling her and Mario's love story!

After the surprise unfolds, Elaine gets a wedding dress chosen by her sisters, as well as a wedding ceremony that made us run through an entire box of tissues. Break.com assembled an impressive impromptu wedding, complete with a cake, flowers, dancers, and even a photo booth. Though the couple seemed overwhelmed with joy throughout the entire event, one moment very clearly hit home right away — they received a $20,000 check, one that will clearly make a huge difference in their hopefully healthy and happy future.
