Bachelorette and Bachelor Pad alum Kasey Kahl has finally found someone whose heart he can guard and protect! Kahl, who vied for Ali Fedotowsky's heart on season six of The Bachelorette in 2010 before going on to compete in Bachelor Pad with fellow franchise alumna and ex-girlfriend Vienna Girardi, got engaged to his girlfriend, Amanda Waters, over the weekend!
Kahl made a name for himself during his time on the ABC reality show for constantly promising to "guard and protect" Fedotowsky's heart, getting a spontaneous six-inch tattoo, and awkwardly serenading her with a guitar during a one-on-one date. Though she eliminated him, he found love soon after the show with Girardi, Fedotowsky's nemesis from Jake Pavelka's season of The Bachelor. The duo were theatric contestants on Bachelor Pad before breaking up, but it looks like his dramatic days are over.

Just after he popped the question, Kahl shared an Instagram with the caption, "Took me 5 months to plan, coordinate, and hide this special moment for @amandaleewaters and was worth every second of stress I endured to experience what it felt like unfolding perfectly. Thanks again to everyone who was apart of it."
Meanwhile, his cousin shared a photo, above, showing the happy couple just after the big moment, which looks like it took place during a work conference. Luckily for us, Kahl posted a picture of the square-cut diamond engagement ring to Instagram. We're sure he has many more happy songs to sing now that he's found the one!
