Stephanie and Matt decided to marry at Pierre's Restaurant in Islamorada because "Matt used to work in the area and had dined there several times," says Stephanie. "As an architect, he loves the plantation-style details, and when he took me there for a visit, I fell in love with the place, too."

Stephanie wore a cap-sleeved Priscilla of Boston gown from the designer's salon in Coral Gables. "It's simple and elegant," says Stephanie. "Plus, it has pockets!" Her jeweled sandals were custom-designed by Tuccia Di Capri. "I wanted shoes that would be comfortable to wear in the sand," Stephanie says. Matt sported a J.Crew tuxedo.

The bride's best friend, as maid of honor, wore a navy Priscilla of Boston dress and carried a nosegay of miniature pink calla lilies. The two flower girls donned navy-and-white frocks.

Following cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the restaurant's veranda, the couple's 80 guests walked to the beach behind Pierre's, where the bride and groom exchanged vows as the sun set.

After the recessional, guests returned to the restaurant for the reception. "The dining room is so warm and inviting," says Stephanie. "Plus, the food is amazing." The dinner menu included lobster gazpacho, lamb ravioli, sea scallops, snapper, filet mignon, and lobster tail. For dessert, guests enjoyed red velvet, Oreo, and marble cupcakes by Misha's Cupcakes. Tables were decorated with tall displays of white French tulips, with candles and additional tulip centerpieces arranged at the base. All flowers were by The Epicure Florist.

The newlyweds chose "Green Eyes" by Coldplay, spun by a DJ from Mike Sipe Entertainment, for their first dance. The remainder of the evening featured memorable toasts from friends and family members as well as a jam-packed dance floor. "At one point, everyone was singing and clapping along to 'Sweet Home Alabama'—which is where Matt is from," says Stephanie. "We had so much fun laughing and dancing with everyone!"
