It's no secret that ice skater Johnny Weir is a hardcore Russophile. He famously fired his longtime coach to study under a Russian master, and he even married a Russian, Victor Voronov, in a New York courthouse ceremony on December 30. So it's no surprise that the colorful skater decided to nix his original summer-wedding plans, opting instead to host a star-studded, winter wonderland-themed extravaganza later this year. Reportedly, Weir even wants friend Sarah Jessica Parker to officiate and Lady Gaga to perform. And what should ice skating's most fabulous couple wear to chill with megastars at their snow-dusted celebration? We have one or two ideas.

For his very own Doctor Zhivago moment, we'd put Weir in a double-breasted white coat from Prada's Fall 2012 collection paired with a crisp white shirt and fitted black pants. Relatively understated for Johnny, we know, but the coat is merely a blank canvas for attention-grabbing details, like the coat's two-tone fur collar, a matching hat, sleek black boots, and a wintry red-and-gray scarf. As a nod to Weir's signature masculine-and-feminine, hard-and-soft aesthetic, the look is completed by a pair of leather driving gloves and a silver filigree brooch—for that requisite touch of ice.

Coat, pants, and shirt, Prada; Trapper hat, $47, Urban Excess; Officine Creative boots, $586, Farfetch; Moschino scarf, $98, Forzieri; Dents gloves, $60, Mr. Porter; Monet brooch, $31, Debenhams

Little is publicly known about law-school graduate Victor Voronov beyond the fact that he is drop-dead adorable and clearly appreciates his husband's eccentricities. Hailing from Russia, though, it's a safe bet that the man knows a good fur hat when he sees one. Along with one such accessory, we'd put Voronov in a black tuxedo sweater from Ermenegildo Zegna to complement Weir's white-on-white look and finish the ensemble with dipped-toe boots, a Chatcwin wool coat, and fine leather gloves. Like the wardrobes of many a celebrity spouse, this look makes a fashionable statement while still allowing the star to soak up all the attention. Dapper and dutiful.

Shirt, pants, and sweater, Ermenegildo Zegna; Simonetta Ravizza hat, $1,040, Luisaviaroma; Chatcwin coat, $681, Farfetch; Gloves, $209, Barneys, Jean-Michel boots, $589, Farfetch
