Harry Styles has jokingly stolen a bride before, but he's never proposed marriage — until now, that is! The British heartthrob made a fan's dream come true this week after he heard about a girl in the crowd wearing a wedding dress during a One Direction concert in Philadelphia.
"I heard there was a girl here in a wedding dress ... Is there a girl here in a wedding dress?" the charmer asked during the show.
"Now I feel bad letting this go to waste so what's your name?" the star asked. When he found out, he went the whole nine yards. "Priya, will you marry me? There's been a plot twist!"

At this point, Priya Thacker, the lucky fan, was probably about to pass out with excitement. For his part, Styles kept the joke going, saying that he and his new love were going to wait until everyone had sent them engagement presents before calling it off. "We'll take the engagement gifts and then we'll ... Okay, awesome. I almost wore my wedding dress," he said lightheartedly. "It could've been awkward. But that's a different story."
After the joke was over, Thacker shared a Vine video of the mock proposal on Twitter (see above), with the caption, "JUST WATCH THIS VINE OF ME GETTING TO PROPOSED TO BY HARRY STYLES AND REJOICE WITH ME PLEASE KUST DO IT."
Her shock didn't end there. She also tweeted, "I wore a wedding dress to a 1D concert and Harry proposed to me thats all," she wrote. "I'm probably never going to sleep again to be honest. I just keep replaying 'Priya will you marry me?' in my head IN HIS BRITISH ACCENT OMG."
