Why have a custom wedding hashtag if no one is able to use it? If you're the type of couple that encourages guests to Tweet, Instagram and Facebook throughout your big day, then chances are many of them will wind up with a drained phone battery by the time the first course is served. So keep them totally wired by setting up a phone charging station at the reception. All you really need is a small table, a power strip, and a couple of chargers that will work for most types of phones (probably an iPhone 4 and iPhone 5, and then a MicroUSB, which should work for most Androids). Here are a few different charging-station ideas to help keep your guests posting photos on Instagram all night long.
Cell Phone Charging Station (above): This couple displayed a chalkboard sign at the charging station that also included their wedding hashtag. They also drilled holes into a couple of stacked drawers to cleverly corral the cords.

Framed Sign: Clear signage is key to help guests understand what the station is for. Simply create and print a sign at home and place it in a pretty frame so guests won't miss it.

Charging Bar: Instead of a table, you could designate a small bar as a charging station, complete with a power strip and chargers for the most popular types of phones.

Planters of Grass: Frame a sign with your wedding hashtag and display it at a sleek charging station set up with planters of grass (which are great at disguising unsightly wires!).

Charging Station with Drawers: Repurposing rustic apothecary-style drawers as phone-charging cubbies is such a clever idea!
