Nothing scary here! Vampire Diaries costars Joseph Morgan and Persia White got married in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, on July 5, and details of their intimate nuptials are finally being revealed.
"It had a very rustic feel to it," White told People of her wedding to Morgan, who now stars in the CW's VPD spinoff The Originals. "There was nothing about it that was overwhelming or very huge or fabulous in that way. We tried to keep everything really intimate and beautiful and sort of going along with nature."
White wore a Vera Wang wedding dress (one of the most popular designers for celeb weddings!) with a cathedral-length veil to her destination wedding, which was attended by 26 guests.

"I think one of the reasons we picked it [the venue] was because we love the ocean and we both grew up by the sea," White told People. "To be by the sea was wonderful. And the people of Jamaica are just wonderful." The icing on their proverbial wedding cake is that the private villa where they exchanged vows is in sight of their engagement spot.
Speaking of cake, People reports that theirs was vegan, as was the rest of the menu. "It was a triple-layer, chocolate on the inside and vanilla icing," White said. "A beautiful, amazing cake."
The couple of three years shared their first dance to Florence + the Machine's "Never Let Me Go" and welcomed Jamaican drummers during the reception. "We had this great group called the Children of the Drums," Morgan said. "It was six Jamaican drummers, and they got everybody up on the dance floor. At one point, all of our guests were on the dance floor, which is an achievement, I think."
With their intimate nuptials over with, Morgan and White helicoptered over to nearby Negril for their honeymoon. Overall, this sounds like a perfect destination wedding! Congratulations to the happy couple!
