Even though Jenny McCarthy only got engaged this past April, she says she plans to marry former New Kids on the Block member and producer Donnie Wahlberg very soon.
"I will marry Donnie in the next few weeks," The View co-host tells People magazine this past weekend before getting on stage to host her comedy review currently on tour Dirty Sexy Funny at Miami's Magic Casino.
And that's not all — McCarthy also dished that her son Evan, who was instrumental in the proposal, will walk his mom down the aisle (how sweet!).
"He is the most amazing man, and we have become a great team," McCarthy also tells the magazine. "Although I haven't told my dad yet, my son, Evan, will walk me down the aisle before he goes back to school in the fall."

And the gushing doesn't stop there. McCarthy continued to express her love for Wahlberg: "I knew if I closed my mind to men for too long I might be missing someone who was really right for me," she says. "And then Donnie came along. I am so grateful!"
Speaking of teaming up, besides making it official, Wahlberg will also be a special guest on McCarthy's new weekly hour-long Sirius XM series Dirty, Sexy, Funny with Jenny McCarthy.
We're not surprised at the couple's decision to throw a speedy nuptials. Just a few week's after the surprise engagement, McCarthy and Wahlberg both said they'd like to get married by early August and that they want the wedding to be intimate (explicitly denouncing a Kimye-like affair).
We can't wait to hear more, including whether or not Bravo wunderkind and Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen, who introduced the couple, will officiate their ceremony!
