Newly-engaged Courteney Cox knows better than anyone the value of a Friend, which is why we're not shocked that a good pal of hers designed her engagement ring.
Jewelry designer (and Tobey Maguire's wife) Jennifer Meyer posted a sweet photo of her with Cox on her Instagram (seen below) with the caption, "I guess he liked it so he put a Jennifer Meyer ring on it!! Xo #Johnny #Courteney #jennifermeyer #engagementring."
Not only does their cuddly photo confirm the ring designer, it gives us our first good look at the rock! It appears that Johnny McDaid, Cox's Snow Patrol rocker fiancé, worked with Meyer to design a platinum band studded with micropavé diamonds. It's a little modern and a lot stylish, a perfect look for the Cougar Town star.
McDaid proposed to his girlfriend of seven months while they were on vacation in Turks and Caicos for her 50th birthday last month. "Johnny told her, 'I'm going to spend the rest of my life with you whether you marry me or not, but I really hope you say yes,'" a source told Us Weekly of the big moment.
And they wasted no time celebrating! Cox and McDaid tweeted his-and-hers messages with the same cute photo not long after.
