Whether you want to extend the life of your blowout after your bachelorette party or keep your day-of 'do in tact for your honeymoon, a hair fragrance is a must for brides. Plus, you'll smell extra special as you walk down the aisle. We tested the gamut to bring you some of our favorites — once you try one, you won't believe you went so long without it!
If you like fresh scents: Clean Original Fragrance Hair Shine Mist, $24, available at Clean Perfume
This one did exactly what you'd expect it to, given its name. "It worked like a dry shampoo and made my hair look and feel freshly washed," our tester enthuses. "I usually don't wear any product because my hair is really fine, but this one was really light! It's a staple in my bag now."

If you like to smell like the ocean: Oribé Côte D'Azur Hair Refresher, $23, available at Oribé
Our tester may have been biased — she's partial to all things Oribé — but this product lived up to her hopes. "I like anything that reminds me of the beach, and one spritz of this in the middle of the work day immediately perked me up," she says. "Plus, the smell stayed on when I hit the sack at midnight! It's a must for destination-bound brides."
If you're obsessed with all-things French: Balmain Paris Silk Perfume, $35, available at Wonderland Beauty Parlor
Our tester is convinced she found the key to achieving perfectly imperfect French-girl tresses. "It was a humid summer day in New York, per usual, and this added definition to my air-dried waves, which had quickly devolved into a giant puffball," she says. "Not going to lie — I feel like wearing this makes me a little bit cooler. Suffice it to say, j'adore." Other pluses? It's infused with argan oil, works as a detangler, and has a subtle, elegant scent.

If you don't really like to wear perfume: Paul & Joe Beauté Body & Hair Mist, $20, available at Paul & Joe
How did we know this was a winner? This was the first fragrance our tester actually liked! It contains orange flower water, jojoba oil, rose and a touch of musk, but is lighter than an eau de parfum or an eau de toilette. It's merely a mist that you can use on your hair and body. "It has a really subtle rose smell," our tester says. "You can't smell it unless you're giving someone a hug, but I love that. And it made my hair so soft!"
If you're a girlie girl: Show Beauty Decadence Hair Fragrance, $85, visit Show Beauty for store locations
This one is for you glam brides who can't resist a bit of sparkle. (The bottle totally deserves to be displayed on your vanity table!) But it also smells as delicious as it looks. It contains a mélange of caramel butter, vanilla, coconut milk and rose water, prevents color from fading and enhances shine, so it's great for those with color-treated hair. "This has such a feminine smell, but it wasn't too strong. It didn't compete with my everyday fragrance at all," our tester says.
