Just when you thought you knew all about her wedding, Keira Knightley recently revealed that she threw a secret second wedding celebration for friends following her May 2013 nuptials to James Righton.
In the new issue of Elle U.K., Knightley opens up about her hush-hush nuptials — and dishes on her second wedding dress. Though the actress wore her knee-length blush Chanel wedding dress on multiple occasions after her big day, the trendsetter decided to get a new gown for her follow-up bash.
According to Knightley, she wore a custom Valentino gown covered in pink roses. "I wore it for the ceremony we had just for our friends, in a wood, because you have to have flowers on a dress in a wood," Knightley tells the fashion magazine of her second dress.

Like many celebs, Knightley seems to be a fan of non-white wedding dresses: Her short tulle number by Karl Lagerfeld that we're familiar with was blush, while the Valentino sounds super romantic with its rose exterior — perfect for the daintily feminine star.
In the magazine, the actress also hilariously opens up about meeting the legendary Chanel designer for the first time. Taken completely off guard, the British beauty was only wearing jeans, a hat, and, according to Knightley, was having a bad-skin day.
"I didn't know I was meeting him, and I was so jet-lagged I didn't know what was going on," Knightley says. "I was in jeans and had acne — you know the kind where nothing is going to cover it — so I put a hat on. I remember somebody making a [negative] comment about it and I just thought [whispers], 'I'm wearing a hat because I've got acne.'"
It seems like despite her initial fashion flub, the Begin Again star made quite an impression on Lagerfeld, seeing that she's now the Chanel spokesperson.
