The road looked a little bit rocky there for awhile, but Kate Hudson and her fiancé of more than three years Matthew Bellamy are reportedly more in love than ever.
Despite rumors of relationship troubles in late February, a source close to Bellamy told Us Weekly that the couple was looking very much on at a party this past weekend. And it wasn't just any party: The Muse member threw a bash to celebrate Hudson's birthday and their four-year anniversary.
Bellamy personally planned the celebration that took place at Hudson's Palm Springs family home during the second weekend of Coachella — a particularly meaningful event for the couple because that's where they met.
Muse also performed at the music festival, and the band took a break during their set to sing "Happy Birthday" to Hudson. "She was so moved," the source told Us of the actress. "It was so sweet. He really went all out to make her feel special."
Hudson wasn't the only one to enjoy her birthday bash: The betrothed pair, along with friends, family, and Matthew's band mates partied until 5 a.m. "People did not want to leave," the insider said, adding, "Matt and Kate are really happy and so in love."
Another source officially debunked the rumor that a break-up was imminent. "They really want to stay together. All signs of trouble are gone. She was supporting him at Coachella and watching him intensely ... She was very proud of his performance."
With talk of their anniversary party, plus Kate's revelations that she looks up to her famous parents' long-lasting relationship, it seems like she and Matthew could hopefully be headed to the altar sometime soon. After all, we really can't wait to see her in a wedding dress!
