It was a very exciting top of the morning on the Today Show earlier: Co-host Savannah Guthrie announced that she married fiancé Michael Feldman over the weekend, and that she is four months pregnant with their first child!
When fellow anchors Matt Lauer, Al Roker, and Natalie Morales talked about their weekend plans at the desk, Guthrie casually said, "I got married." After a bit of discussion about the big news, Lauer asked to share a personal video of his favorite moment of the wedding reception.
The clip shows Guthrie and Feldman stand up as a recording of the NBC News "Special Report" music plays. "That puts me in the mood to break some news," Guthrie said to her 80 to 90 guests. "I feel like the least we could do is break some news. Okay. I, well, we are four months pregnant!' Naturally, the crowd went wild.

Along with breaking the big baby and wedding news, Guthrie dished some major details about the celebration, too. She and Feldman, a communications strategist, tied the knot in the desert outside Tucson, Arizona, Guthrie's hometown. Among the immediate family and close friends were Jon and Dorothea Bon Jovi, Matt Lauer, Al Roker, Hoda Kotb, and Willie Geist.
After the sunset ceremony, at which Roker described seeing the sun set on one side and a full moon on the other, guests dined al fresco at candle-covered tables underneath strings of lights.
Guthrie wore a white lace Monique Lhuillier wedding dress and carried a big, bright bouquet as her brother walked her down the aisle. Even though the dress wasn't one of the designer sketches we had commissioned for her, it fit her like a glove and concealed her baby bump. According to People, Guthrie had already bought her dress and picked the wedding date before learning she was expecting this winter.
Overall, we love how she kept the accessories to a minimum and her long bob straight and simple. The whole look was classic, elegant, and low-key, which is perfect for the perky news anchor.
