Shahs of Sunset star Reza Farahan is set to have his own royal-worthy wedding—he just announced his engagement to partner Adam Neely!
"I finally met the love of my life," Farahan told People on Wednesday. "Plus, my ass isn't getting any younger!"

The couple has been together since 2010, and Farahan's reality TV show on Bravo has documented many aspects of their relationship. We've seen the boisterous real estate agent grapple with monogamy and and tackle domestic responsibilities like cooking on previous seasons of the show, but this season's finale—which airs next Tuesday—shows him taking the ultimate step toward commitment.
The clip above shows the whole Shahs cast at dinner during a Palm Springs vacation they took in August. As the tight-knit group enjoys their meal, Farahan hands Neely a jewelry box and clearly takes his boyfriend by surprise with a proposal.
Neely's stunned reaction was exactly what Farahan wanted, though! "I actually talked to [my costars] Asa and MJ about it, but I didn't want it getting back to Adam," he says. "I wanted him to really be surprised."

Neely wasn't the only one taken off-guard. Farahan told People that his family wasn't thrilled to hear about the proposal long after it happened in August. "Not well!" he said of his relatives' reaction. "Although they adore Adam, I didn't tell them until last week so they didn't appreciate the fact that I had kept such big news from them for so long. I waited five months! Persians are very opinionated and I didn't want to hear anything negative around such a joyous event."
Farahan celebrates his colorful style on Shahs by wearing patterned blazers, studded loafers, and, of course, his trademark mustache. His wedding, though, will be much more toned down, at least in size.
"We're just now starting to discuss the actual wedding," he says. "It will definitely be a small and intimate affair. Most likely somewhere exotic."
The Shahs are known for their jetsetting lifestyle, often taking off for Mexico, Turkey, and other luxe getaways. Maybe Farahan and Neely will exchange somewhere equally exotic like Bali? All we can hope is that the TV cameras will be there to capture the whole thing.
