Will Amber Heard be the woman to finally get Johnny Depp to say "I do?" Engagement rumors are surrounding the couple of about two years after Heard was spotted wearing a giant rock on her left ring finger while at dinner with a friend.

Even more suspicious? The actress and model made a concerted effort to shield the potential engagement ring once she noticed photographers! Heard meticulously covered her left hand for the rest of the evening, making it nearly impossible to get a good shot of what we're sure is an amazingly unique ring. Sources reported that she even waited for a valet driver to open her car door so she didn't have to brandish her left hand. Somehow, E! managed to get a stealthy, albeit obscured, photo of the ring (see it here!)
We didn't see it coming, but the timing couldn't be more ripe for engagement for the thoroughly bohemian couple. They made their official red-carpet debut as a couple on Saturday at the Art of Elysium gala. The next day, they both presented at the Golden Globes.
Depp and Heard met while shooting the 2011 film The Rum Diary, though they did not start dating until 2012, when his relationship with partner Vanessa Paradis ended.
The pair reportedly broke up for a time when Heard needed space, but Depp sent a poem and a bouquet of roses every day for a month to win her back.

Johnny's the type to fall hard and he's vowed not to let a girl like Amber, who's beautiful and intelligent, slip through his fingers."
We must admit: Captain Jack Sparrow always seemed like a total romantic deep down, and that just confirms it! Flowers and heartfelt words are always the way to a woman's heart, no matter how independent she may be.
If the ring is real and rumors are true, we really can't wait to see how they tie the knot! Depp, a serial monogamist who has been engaged to both Kate Moss and Winona Ryder, may have finally found the one to call Mrs.
