"Honestly, for me, it's over."
We know what you mean, Des. After you were dumped by front-runner Brooks in The Most Dramatic Bachelorette Break-Up Ever (seriously, it kind of was), it felt over for us, too. But then it came to us—this is reality TV! Land of misleading editing! Who knows what is going to happen? So yes, we are taking the trip back to Antigua for tonight's big finale. And here are a few reasons why we think it's going to be awesome:
1. There are still two guys left.
That would be Drew and Chris. And even though Des spent part of the last episode sobbing something about not being able to ever love them as much as Brooks, we've decided to chalk it up to PTBD (Post-Traumatic Breakup Drama). After all, over dinner at The Verandah Resort & Spa, Des told Chris that she would consider moving to Seattle with him. And during her date at The Galley Bay Resort and Club, Des said of Drew "I can picture my life with him." Plus, they are both so totally going to propose to her (with a gorgeous Neil Lane design, no less).
2. Brooks might come back.
Were those tears of regret we saw flowing in the limo ride away from the hotel? We wouldn't be surprised if the season ended with Brooks bum-rushing one of the other guys' proposal and declaring his undying love to Des—with or without a ring.
3. We love eye candy!
We don't know about you, but spending an evening watching gorgeous people in a gorgeous location proposing with gorgeous rings sounds pretty amazing to us. Not to mention a great excuse to break out the bottle of rum we bought on our last Caribbean vacay.
What do you think? Will Brooks come back? Who will Des end up with? Will she end up with anyone? We can't wait to find out!
