The buttercream-frosted tiers are decorated with tiny navy-blue anchors cut from fondant; each tier is also accented with edible "rope" made from twisting two strands of fondant together. The whimsical cake topper is a great DIY touch: an easy-to-make pennant banner written with the couple's initials!
