Should the photographer, videographer, and members of the band or other entertainers get their own table at your wedding reception? Should the bridal party's dates sit at the head table? If you have a wedding-reception etiquette question, our experts are here to help.
Do photo, video and band staff get a table?
Photographers, band members, and other talents won't have time to sit down for long at the wedding reception, so they won't need a formal table. They will need to be able to grab a quick bite, be it the same meal you serve guests, or something more modest. Ask your catering manager to set up a table for them in the cocktail area, the anteroom or another area that is out-of-the-way, but still close enough that they can keep an eye on the action.
