Before you even begin to contemplate your wedding-day hairstyle you must ask yourself: To veil or not to veil? Thankfully, according to TRESemmé celebrity stylist Jeanie Syfu, your dreamy bridal 'do and that traditional wedding headpiece are not mutually exclusive.
"My tip for bridal hair with veils is to keep it simple," Syfu says. Her recommendation? "A beautiful blow-out or soft waves with some hair pulled back to open up the face." If you're all about the updo, Syfu suggests brides opt for a chignon or bun. Placement is key though: "I would recommend below the crown or just at the nape or side," she says. The hair guru begs brides to be aware that "veils are dramatic and you really don't want you hair to be too busy with a lot of detailing and tendrils."
