The sun-drenched photo shows the couple in a candid moment, where Barrymore—whisking back her hair—flashes a dazzling view of her Graff jewelers engagement ring. The radiant-cut, nearly-4-carat diamond is set on a band of smaller diamonds, which Kopelman presented to his bride-to-be while the pair where vacationing in Sun Valley, Idaho during the holidays.
